Introduction into Audits on the Coruson Mobile App

Getting started with the Coruson mobile app

Accessing the Audit Register

Once the app has been synced and the Homepage is displayed, use the   icon in the top left of the Homepage to open the hamburger menu. Access the Audit Register by tapping its menu entry.

Starting an Audit

The Audit Register will show any Audits that are assigned to the logged in user and are either in one of the two following statuses - Scheduled or In Progress. Use the relevant tabs to view a list of all Audits which are either Scheduled or In Progress that the logged in user is an Auditor for.

Downloading an Audit

The Downloads tab may be empty upon first use of the app. Audits must be downloaded to the device so that they can be worked on independently of a network connection to Coruson.

To download an Audit for use on a device, navigate to either the In Progress or Scheduled tabs and tap the Audit that is required. This will automatically download and open the Audit so that work can begin. Entering the Audit Register will display the Audit that was just downloaded under the Downloads tab.

Removing a Downloaded Audit

Once an Audit has been downloaded to a device it will have an  icon to the top right of its entry. Tapping this will allow you to delete the Audit from the device. This will not delete the Audit from Coruson.

Important: Removing an Audit will remove any data that is saved on the current device. Any data from this Audit which has not yet been previously submitted to Coruson will be lost.

Finding Audits

Audits that are Schedulled or In Progress can be found in two different ways - by seacrching or by filtering. This is useful if the logged in user has a vast number of Audits they are working on and need to find those based on the relevant search or filter.

Search for Audits

Search can be accessed within the Audits Register and can be accessed by tapping the  icon at the top of the page. A search bar will be shown allowing the logged in user to begin typing a phrase which will identify the Audit that is being looked for.

Filtering for Audits

Audits can also be filtered more granularly based on a number of different categories. To access Filters, tap the  icon to the top right of the Audit Register. A new window will be displayed with a number of fields that can be edited to filter by.

From / To Audits whose dates fall within a specific range    Audit Type Filter based on a specific Audit Type. Only one Audit Type can be filtered at a time.   Sort By The order in which the results of the filter will be displayed.   Clear Filters Revert all of the customised filters back to their default values.   Apply This will display a list of results based on the filters that you applied.   Cancel Stop filtering and go back to the Audit Register.
