There have been recent updates and improvements to Ideagen Coruson, designed to further optimize your experience and ensure the integrity of your safety management system.
Mobile App Update (Version 3.2.5)
On March 19th, we released a hotfix for the Coruson mobile app (version 3.2.5) addressing an issue with mandatory fields. In some instances, depending on form creation, these fields weren't flagged correctly, leading to submission issues in the Coruson web app. This update ensures all mandatory fields are now respected in all scenarios, preventing incomplete forms and streamlining submission. Any forms that do not pass validation are available to the author as a 'draft' in the Coruson web app.
Web App Version Rollback
We recently released version 56.6 of the Coruson web app. While investigating its performance, we observed a higher than usual error rate impacting processing times. As a precautionary measure, we rolled back the web app to the stable version 56.5.1 on March 19th, 1 AM UK time. This rollback did not affect your operations and caused no downtime.
We understand the importance of a reliable system. We want to assure you that the rollback to version 56.5.1 maintains the recently implemented enhancements for improved search functionality within the reporting module. You will still benefit from faster report generation despite the temporary rollback.
Upcoming Version (56.7)
We are excited to announce the planned release of Coruson web app version 56.7 in mid-late April. This update will address several support issues, further enhancing system reliability and user experience. Detailed information regarding the functionalities of version 56.7 will be provided in upcoming release communications.
