Acknowledging Documents

To acknowledge documents that have been distributed to you follow the steps below:

1. Login To Coruson
2. You will also see the document that you have to acknowledge displayed on your tasks list. The task list is displayed on the home page when you login to enlighten.

3. Clicking on the task will take you to the document details view for the document. To read the document click the 'Viewer tab' on the ribbon at the top of the document details view.

4.Once you have read and understood the document scroll down to the 'Distribution' section. This section lists all of the users or groups that are copyholders of the document, the date that the document was distributed and if the document has been acknowledged a date will be displayed in this column.

5. Find your name on the list, click the drop-down arrow and the select 'Acknowledge'

6. The date that you acknowledged the document will then be displayed in the 'acknowledged date' field.
