This article outlines how to revise a Document Workflow once it has been activated in Coruson
Solution
Once a Document Workflow has been activated, it can be edited by selecting the 'Revise' button accessible from the top menu:
This revision will be logged within the 'History' tab within the workflow and you will be presented with the 'Edit' interface that you would have used when creating the workflow initially.
Many aspects of the workflow can be changed in this interface. Text items can be edited by hovering the mouse pointer over the text, until a pencil icon appears to the right of the text.
You can edit many text aspects of the workflow, including, but not limited to - the workflow owner and author; stage headings; task titles and response times. The active date and revision number cannot be edited.
Tasks and Approvers can be removed using the red 'X' icon to the right of these. Please be aware that you will not receive a warning before they are deleted - they will be deleted straight away.
The stage order can be changed by hovering over the dots to the left of a stage title, and dragging this stage up or down.
