4. Troubleshooting password reset emails that haven't been received
Do you login with SSO?
Native logins will most likely be disabled for your profile if you login with SSO, therefore the password reset option will not be applicable to you; you will not receive a password reset email. Please speak with your Administrator for more information about how you should be accessing the application.
If you have not received a password reset email, first make sure you check your spam or junk email folders from 'Ideagen Aviation Safety (Cora) Password Reset'.
If you have entered a username or email address that is not valid, that is, it is not registered in a user profile, a password reset email will not be sent to you. You will need to check the following:
- Check the username/email entered to ensure it has not been mis-typed.
- If the username/email address appears to be correct, contact your Administrator.
- Similarly, if you do not know your Ideagen Aviation Safety (Cora) logon/email, contact your Administrator.
- Speak with your IT team to ensure that emails from the application are not being block.
