Creating a document
In Coruson creating a new document is simple and easy. Enter the documents module by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and then select ‘Documents’ and then ‘Documents’ again.
This will bring you to the document module home screen. To create a new document, click the ‘+’ symbol in the right-hand side. There is a screenshot provided for clarity.
Clicking this will bring up two options.
- New Draft Document
- New Active Document
It is advised to select the new draft option.
All fields with a red * are mandatory and must be completed.
Once these are completed clicking the ‘+’ symbol will add in an attachment.
You have now created a document in Coruson and the workflow will now begin.
