An audit checklist is a convenient way to list all the checks that need to be performed during an audit to validate compliance. These usually come in the form of a collection of questions
This article outlines how to complete a checklist within an audit and it split into the following sections:
Important: The audit perform stage on the workflow must be started before notes and questions can be answered.
1. How to Answer Questions
- Open the Audit record.
- Go to the Audit Notes tab.
- Open the checklist.
- Click on the question.
- Enter the response and add any comments.
- Complete the actions.
Important Note: The colour of the question tab will indicate the status of the question. Grey shows the question has not been answered but blue shows the question is complete.
2. How to Raise Findings
- Open the Audit record.
- Go to the Audit Notes tab.
- Open the checklist.
- Click on the question.
- Browse to the Findings section.
- Click the Add icon.
- Click New Report, then select the report type.
Not seeing any reports? The reports must be assigned to the Audit Type in the administration module. If you are not seeing any reports then your administration will need to assign some.
