1. Adding an Image to a Form Tile
Before adding an image to represent a form we advise creating it before proceeding. While you can upload almost any common image type at any size we do recommend the following parameters to make sure the image is consistent with the rest of the system.
Tip: The image must be in either a JPG, PNG or GIF format with a minimum dimension of 600px by 600px. Images which are not square or 1:1 will look streteched.
To add your new image, navigate to the following area within your system.
/ Administration / Reporting / Forms
Select the form you would like to add the image to and navigate to the 'Configuration' tab. Next, find the section labelled 'Report Image'. Here you will be able to use the 'Upload a File' button which will open a navigation window allowing you to select the correct image.
When the upload is complete you will see the image preview in the 'Report Image' section. Navigate back to the Homepage of Coruson and find the 'Reporting Forms' section to see the new report image you have just added.
2. Editing a Form Tile Image
To change an existing image used to represent a form, simply click the 'Upload a File' button within the 'Report Image' section of the 'Configuration' tab and select a new image.
Important: Make sure you have a copy of the image you are about to change. Replacing this image will delete it permanently from the system.
3. Removing an Image from a Form Tile
To remove an image from a Form Tile simply hover over the existing image within the 'Report Image' section of a Forms 'Configuration' tab. A red will appear. Clicking this will remove the image.
Important: Make sure you have a copy of the image you are about to remove as removing this image will delete it permanently from the system.
