The following improvements have been implemented:

• Days Open column in Reports Register – View report turnaround time directly in the register without manual calculation
• Mandatory Signature fields – Mark signature/annotate fields as required to enforce completion before submission
• Groups column in stage owner assignment – Search and assign stage owners by group membership for faster selection
• Report widget errors resolved – Analysis widgets with improved search no longer return 500 errors
• Meaningful error on ownership transfer – Clear message shown when stage/task ownership changes to another team member
• Risk matrices API endpoint – Retrieve available risk matrices for external platform integrations
• Add risk assessments via API – Create report risk assessments through the Platform API
• Update risk assessment comments via API – Modify risk assessment comments through the Platform API
• Risk matrix report filtering – Retrieve risk matrices with report-scoped filtering for precise assessments
• Prevent invalid task reassignment – Completed and archived tasks are no longer reassigned when user accounts are archived
• Non-admin user experience – Hide admin-only data retrieval warnings and errors from regular users

Mobile API improvements

The following mobile improvements have been implemented:

• Mobile areas of standards sync – Added or removed areas of standards on mobile now correctly sync to web after upload
• Mobile checklist modifications captured – Changes to areas of standards properly trigger the API modified flag
• Mobile API token security – Implement token expiration for improved security instead of indefinite persistence
• Optimised mobile data sync – GetPagedUsers and GetOrganisationUnit endpoints reduce payload size for faster synchronisation
• New form revision endpoint – Efficiently retrieve the latest form revision numbers via new API
