Administrators responsible for managing the ECCAIRS export.

Administrator access is required.

To ensure uninterrupted access to data export functionality and maintain compliance with the latest safety standards, please upgrade your system to ECCAIRS version 5.1.0.0 or later.

This update includes:

• Access to the most up-to-date safety protocols
• Improved compatibility with current reporting tools and formats

We strongly recommend completing this upgrade at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruption to your reporting process.

Impact to you

This change will impact your export configuration:

• Draft Records: Automatically updated to schema v5.1.0.0
• Active Records: Schema v3.4.0.2 jobs have been archived and will no longer process scheduled exports
• Archived Records: As of May 5th (release v56.9.2.0/2.1), reinstatement of records using v3.4.0.2 has been disabled
• New Based-On Records: The system now defaults to schema v5.1.0.0, with options to select any active version 5.1.0.0 or newer
